THE CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

You can return or exchange the product for free, which Did not fit you within 14 days from the date of delivery. For Your convenience, You can make a return/exchange of goods by filling out the form in Your personal account or as a guest on the website. You can also contact customer service. A prerequisite for the exchange and return is that the product was not in use, has labels, packaging, etc., as well as documents confirming the fact of payment (purchase receipt, invoice, courier receipt or other documents).

 

IMPORTANTLY:

If you want to return the money, you must fill out an application for return (enclosed in the order) with personal passport data, Bank data (if the payment was on the card) and signature, and send it along with the returned goods. Return/exchange will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the goods in stock.

Goods purchased only from the individual who made the initial order are accepted for return. The address from which you want to pick up the goods must be in the same country to which your order was delivered

The Federal Law of February 07, 1992 No. 2300-1 "About protection of the rights of consumers", the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 27.09.2007 N 612 "About the approval of rules of sale of goods by the remote way", the order of the Government of January 19, 1998  No. 55 "On approval of the Rules for the sale of certain types of goods, the list of durable goods, which are not subject to the requirement of the buyer to provide him free of charge for the period of repair or replacement of similar goods with a list of non-food goods of good quality, not to be returned or exchanged for similar goods of other size, shape, size, style, color or configuration."

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note that purchased products can only be exchanged for the same size or color, but not for another model. If You are interested in another model, You need to place a new order for it.

Return is free of charge, that is, we will pay for the costs of export and return delivery of the goods you purchased.

We do not accept back used, worn, washed or damaged items. Please pack the goods in the form in which it was received, please note that things without labels are not accepted.

Delivery of damaged or faulty goods

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service Department immediately. These items are returnable and will be exchanged or refunded. When sending back these items, follow the normal return procedure. You will be asked to provide a reason for the return directly when filling out the return form.

Goods made to order, exchange and return are not subject.

We make every effort to ensure that all products listed on our website are available to you. However, due to the simultaneous work of different users with the site, a certain article may be sold out. In this case, You will be immediately informed by e-mail. Your score will also be corrected. In addition, in exceptional cases, if the ordered goods are not available, the amount paid in advance will be immediately refunded.

REFUND

Please note that the refund is carried out STRICTLY in the same way that the order was paid.

If the order was paid by credit card on the website:

The refund is made ONLY on the same card with which the order was paid. The return period is up to 10 working days from the date of receipt and verification of the return at the Central warehouse, provided that no additional expertise is required.

If the order was paid in cash/by credit card to the courier company Bardini:

A courier comes to You, takes the goods to check the quality, gives You a document of transfer of the goods. The term of cash return is 3 working days, to the card – up to 10 working days, provided that no additional examination is required.

If the order was paid in cash to DHL courier:

In this case, we make a postal money transfer, it is necessary to fill out an application for a refund, which we will send You by mail after receiving the application for a refund. The return period is 10 working days from the date of receipt and verification of the return at the Central warehouse, provided that no additional expertise is required.

If the order was paid by credit card to DHL courier:

In this case, we make a Bank transfer of funds to Your account, it is necessary to fill out an application for a refund, which we will send You by mail after receiving the application for a refund.  The return period is 10 working days from the date of receipt and verification of the return at the Central warehouse, provided that no additional expertise is required. Keep in mind that the shipping costs paid for the delivery of Your order will only be reimbursed in the event of a defect.
